Our Policy

At XtraGud, we value our customers' satisfaction. Our Return Policy protects you against 'damaged,' 'defective,' and 'not as described' products – for both new and refurbished items.

Replacement is a service supplied directly by the relevant sellers under this policy, in which they give you the choice of an exchange or replacement.

Return Process

Immediate Issues (Within 24 Hours)

If you receive a product that is missing, broken, or different from what you ordered, please send us an unpacking video and a photograph to support@xtragud.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Functional Issues (Within 72 Hours)

Please send us a photo and video of the malfunctioning products within 72 hours. We will do everything necessary to rectify the problem and provide a replacement.

Eligibility Criteria

Products ARE eligible if:

  • Request is made within 3 days of purchase
  • Product is unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging is intact
  • Product is defective or damaged
  • Product is "not as described"

Products are NOT eligible if:

  • More than 3 days have passed since purchase
  • Product was purchased on sale (unless defective)
  • Product shows signs of use or damage
  • Original packaging is missing or damaged
  • Product is perishable (flowers, eatables, etc.)

Return Condition Requirements

Once the product has been picked up, it will be checked for the following conditions:

Category Conditions
Correct Product IMEI/name/image/brand/serial number will be matched.
Complete Product All in-the-box accessories (like chargers, cable, etc.), freebies and combos should be present.
Unused Product Product should be unused, without stains and with non-tampered quality check seals. Devices should be formatted and screen lock disabled.
Undamaged Product Product should be undamaged without scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Undamaged Packaging Product's original packaging/box should be undamaged.

Replacement will be processed only if the aforementioned conditions are met. Please ensure the above to speed up the processing of your replacement.

Refund Policy

Processing Time

In case of any refunds approved by XtraGud, it will take 7-10 days for the refund to be processed to you.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 1 day of placing the order.
  • Cancellation may not be entertained if orders have been communicated to sellers and they have initiated shipping.
  • For perishable items, refund/replacement can be made only if quality is established as not good.
  • In case of complaints regarding products with manufacturer warranty, please refer the issue to them directly.
